Description

When Jake takes his yearly trip west to find gemstones for his jewelry, he always likes to stop at an abandoned mine in Nevada to look for malachite and azurite.  But this mine also has core samples left over from the mining days, and Jake loves to use pieces of the core samples in his jewelry as they contain great colors and patterns of the various minerals found there. In this piece, for instance you can see some green malachite mixed with the grey and black matrix rock.  The setting is a black and champagne colored wire wrap.
