Fire Agate Ring 7
A Natural Stone Found in the Desert!
Jake found this piece of fire agate in Arizona near the New Mexico Border. He found a lot of stones while he was there, but very few contained the ‘fire’ he was looking for. But, this little one is a beauty! In the light this stone displays reds, oranges, yellows and greens. Fire agate must be worked with a hand tool as the colors are found at different levels in the stone, which accounts for the uneven surface of the piece. This stone is set in sterling silver and has an open back to allow the light to pass through the stone, with a double wire sterling ring shank and the ring size is 6 and one half.
