Gem Chalcedony Pendant 9

Description

This is an unusual stone for Jake.  Every stone that Jake cuts is done freeform, and this one started out the same way, but as he cut it, it began to take the shape of a heart, so Jake just went with it.  The stone is Gem Chalcedony that Jake dug up in Nevada at the only deposit of this material that exists.  The claims are private, but the owners allow the public to collect this valuable gem for a fee.  This stone has a purple heart in the middle surrounded by brown.  The setting is sterling silver square wire framing the back with prongs to hold the stone in place, the bail is three pronged sterling and the bail is offset for a different look.
