Mookaite Earrings

Description

These stones came from a large rock that Jake purchased in a rock shop in New Mexico.  The store owner purchased this rock at the Tuscan gem show.  Mookaite is found only in Australia, and is known for its vivid colors and patterns.  These stones are both from that rock, yet they are different as the stone’s colors change from piece to piece.  These stones have browns, oranges and yellows, and are set in a sterling silver cap with a fancy sterling bezel.  The hoop has a decorative gold colored twist and bead.
